Founder Story and Career Journey
FlyingPolicy.com starts with one purpose- to make the complicated airline policies easier for travellers. With over 16 years of experience in the aviation & travel industry, I have seen how airline rules are hard to understand. This platform is specially designed to give travellers a place where they can find accurate, reliable and clear airline policy information.
I began my career in June 2009 at the Indian Airlines Contact Center with Omnia BPO & InterGlobe Technology. There, I assisted travellers with reservations, flight changes, cancellations, and many travel queries. After that, I joined SpiceJet Airlines as a ground staff, where I gained practical exposure to airport operations, baggage handling, personal assistance & more. After that, I worked as a travel consultant for USA USA-based travel agency, Fare Buzz- it is a part of Fareportal. In this, I gained experience in my understanding of global ticketing, fare rules and international airline policies.
Additionally, I have also completed an Airline Diploma from AHA,, has enhanced my knowledge of airport customer handling, aviation standards, airline operations & more.
Finally, in 2016, I launched a BB1 Travel Tech, which focuses on air travel policies & technology support. In FlyingPolicy.com, my whole industry experience is combined, whether it was airline operations or travel consulting. This new launch helps travellers to get clear and accurate airline information.
